50ml bourbon
35ml lemon juice
12ml of 2:1 sugar syrup
2 dashes bitters
1/2 a fresh egg white
ice
slice of orange , to garnish
Directions
- Add bourbon, lemon juice, sugar syrup, bitters, egg white and ice into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake hard until well combined then strain through a sieve into serving glasses.
- Garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.
